3. Beatnik Emporium
Located in Southampton we’ve been dealing in vintage & quirky clothing since way back in 1992. Our shop has popped up all over the city and even at tons of festivals! We started as a tiny festival stall in 1990 but then opened our first store in ’92 down at Ocean Village on the waterfront. After a few years, we moved to Old Northam Road. There we felt the hustle and bustle right by Saint Mary’s Stadium.

4. Scope Southampton
Scope says that people are disabled by their impairment but by barriers in society. Barriers can be things like buildings without accessible toilets or attitudes that assume disabled folks can’t do certain activities. The social model helps us see these obstacles, which make life tougher for disabled people. Getting rid of these barriers brings about equality & offers more independence, choice, and control to disabled individuals.
