Texter Mountain is all about chill vibes with minimal activities. At 1,180 feet above sea level, it holds the title of being Lancaster’s highest point. Harnish Run flows from west to east through the preserve’s lowlands. It’s still bouncing back from some tree cutting, so you’ll see lots of birch trees and a few beech and hickories too. Mostly wandering old logging roads.
